THE RACE COURSE
SWIM: 1/4 Miles
The triathlon starts with a brisk quarter mile swim (wetsuits allowed and recommended) from the sandy shores of Nantasket Beach.

BIKE: 10 Miles
As the crowd cheers with enthusiasm you'll mount your bike to ride 10 miles on a lightning fast and flat course (OK, so there’s one really short hill) offering scenic views of the eastern coastal waters and beautiful Boston harbor.

Helmets are required!

RUN: 3 Miles
Now that you are warmed up, you'll dismount for a 3 mile run on a pristine beach of hard packed sand along the crashing surf. (That's right folks, we timed the race at low tide to ensure solid footing!).
