About the Race

Gear Up for Some Early Season FUN!

After 5 successful years and due to popular demand The Fantastic Nantasket Beach Triathlon is becoming 2 super fun races: The early season FUNtastic1 and the late season FUNtastic2. You can race against yourself and race against your friends. New England's best sprint triathlon venue is hosting identical races on Sunday June 6 and Sunday September 26. Test your early season fitness and see if you've improved over the season.

Enjoy NO HASSLE racing. There is abundant parking adjacent to The Transition Area that is convenient for participants and spectators. Enjoy a fast, scenic and mostly flat bike course with panoramic views of Boston Harbor and Boston Light. The run course is on hard-parked sand at low tide where you will enjoy the same terrific scenery. There is even a playground for the kids. Enjoy a Dunkin' Donuts coffee across the street or walk to a casual lunch after the race at The Red Parrot, Skippers, or Barefoot Bob's. Stay and enjoy a day at Fantastic Nantasket Beach.

Whether you are racing for prize money, bragging rights, for the fun of it or just trying to complete your first triathlon...this is the race for you. Our FUNtastic Triathlons have it all
