Saturday, September 5
7:00am Transition Area Opens
7:00-9:30am MAYFLOWER TRIATHLON PACKET PICK-UP
Transition Area: Pilgrim Memorial Park, Water St. Please plan on arriving early as there is no packet pick-up prior to race day. We suggest you arrive by 8am. Look for your bib# on the roster posted when you enter the registration tent and get in the appropriate queue.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must bring photo ID and your USAT annual license if you have one to registration. We cannot take your word for this. USAT is very strict on this. NO EXCEPTIONS ! If you purchased a One-Day license you must bring a photo ID to registration. NO EXCEPTIONS!
8:00-4:00pm EXPO
Join our sponsors and vendors right on Water St. adjacent to the transition area for an all day expo. Get great deals on clothing and gear from Wheelworks, Marathon Sports, Assos, Craft, Hasanan PowerWear, Serious Cycles and Specialized Bicycles . Eastern Mountain Sports will be there with their Super Bus with it's own climbing wall.

9:15-9:55am Shuttle to Swim Start
The swim start is at The State Boat Ramp which is 1/2-mile north off Water Street behind The East Bay Grille. Buses will run every few minutes.
10:00am Mayflower Triathlon - Swim Start at State Boat Ramp
IMPORTANT NOTE: The bike course and run course are completely open to vehicular traffic excepting Water Street between Union & Brewster and The Town Bike Path (on the run course). Please use caution when riding and running. There are Police Details at all major intersections. There are volunteers at many other intersections.
Noon First Finisher
2:00pm AWARD CEREMONY - Mayflower Triathlon
Stage at Governor Bradford Statue (adjacent to transition and finish line)

IDT and IDA Registration / Packet Pick-Up

SPECIAL NEEDS BAGS: Each athlete will be given Special Needs Bags at check-in/packet pick-up. You can fill these with any items (within reason) that you will want on the bike or run courses. DO NOT PLACE VALUABLES IN THIS BAG.

SPECIAL NEEDS BAGS - BIKE COURSE: On race morning there will be a bin placed outside the changing tent in the transition area marked "SPECIAL NEEDS - BIKE". Please place your items in this bin before leaving for the swim start. The Special Needs Bags will be available at the aid station at the ALDEN ROAD turnaround. Bags will be laid out in numerical order. You will be required to dismount and gather your own bag. You will pass this aid station 4 times during the bike. These bags will be returned to transition after 6pm.

SPECIAL NEEDS BAGS - RUN COURSE: You will keep these bags at your assigned bike rack. The run course runs right past the rear entrance to transition so your bag will not be more than 25 yards away. You will pass the rear entrance 7 times during the run.
